Took almost 4 weeks to get glasses in. They said they were coming from Mexico and couldn't track.
Finally made it to pick them up. Spent about 10 minutes waiting fmto be helped. Reception kept taking the calls. Found this amazing. Everyime ive called to get an update ive been put on hold or have been told to call back.
Only reason we are here is price. But you definitely get what you pay for.
I had a wonderful experience at the America’s Best La Verne Village location! From the moment I walked in, the manager, Suzanne, gave me such a warm welcome. We chatted about what I needed and discussed my options for my eye exam. Honestly, after a long and stressful day at work, her friendly attitude and genuine customer service were such a breath of fresh air.
Suzanne was also very honest and transparent about my needs and the options available to me, which I really appreciated. She never made me feel pressured to purchase anything, and I felt like she truly had my best interests in mind.

Amazing staff! Johnny and Susan are absolute gems. I had an issue with my prescription and they got me in next day, talked to me and listened to my concerns and fixed my issue. Will definitely be back.
