Sundance Optical is a great and inexpensive place to get glasses, highly recommended. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, nice, and attentive, greeting customers with a smile. They answer all questions and go above and beyond with assistance, including help with billing paperwork. The quick eye exam uses amazing technology. They offer an awesome selection of frames, including for wide heads, and can fit new prescriptions into existing frames. Prescriptions are often available in-store, allowing glasses to be done within the hour. The place is clean and offers cold, free water.
My glasses broke and they helped fix me up real quick! Great people and great service! ^_^
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and they had a smile on their face. They answered all my questions and even made a sticky note for me since I was shopping around for a deal. I ended up going back and they went above and beyond for me by assisting with some billing paperwork I needed to get a discounted price. They were professional, the place was clean and the water was cold and free. The selection was awesome since I have a wide head and they had plenty of different frames that actually fit comfortably. I just put my order in and got the works. Can't wait to go back for the pickup. Highly recommend 👌🏾
