We were Not aware the vision center was bought out by Walmart. I was a little reluctant as we have been going to this location for years. I want to start by saying the Dr. Vanessa Cabrera-Fossatti, is such an amazing professional. She cares about her patients, and is very thorough, I take my entire family to this location as she is passionate about the work she does by explaining everything to you in a way you understand. I will say this is one of the biggest reasons that we will continue going to this location for years. This amazing service does not end with the Dr. Let's talk about the faces that greet you at the front end. Betty and ADA, Amazing customer service and helpful, since this transition the insurance changed a little and they helped explain what is covered answering all our questions, and we had a lot. It is always hard to deal with change especially from the customer standpoint, but they made it so seamless by being prepared and making it such a great experience. I have Avesis and Eyemed under UNUM and both covered vision carriers. Ladies Kudos on helping me and my family be able to see and all your feedback and explanation on the prescriptions. Glad to see individuals that care about the client. Thank you all so much. Look forward to having you all assist the rest of my family.
The doctor was patient, kind and helpful. The staff made me feel at ease as this was my first time needing glasses. They even remembered my name when I returned to pick up my glasses and greeted me as I walked in. I appreciated their patience and tissue as I cried from joy of clear sight.
I love coming to this place. This is the second time that I’ve been here and everyone is so upbeat and joyful. I would first like to give a huge shout out to Vanessa Cabrera-, she gave me a thorough eye exam and was able to answer the questions & concerns I had regarding my eyes. She really does care about her patients! My second shout out would be to Miss Betty, she did a wonderful job with taking care of me and helping me buy new glasses , she was very thorough with all the information and even told me about the promotions going on she even fixed the lens that was popping out my old glasses for me! ❤️
