“I went in for an appointment last month and ordered two new pair of glasses. The first pair arrived about a week before the second pair and I was having a lot trouble with the lenses right from the start.

After a few days of trying to adjust to the new script, I notified Petelin. The staff was really great as we worked through the issues I was having. They asked me to wait for the second pair and to try a few more days of adjustment period to the new prescription, which I found reasonable.

The prescription on the second pair was absolutely perfect. I gave that script a week as well just to be sure and went back today. After reviewing everything with the staff, we agreed that the frames and lenses just on the first pair weren’t ideal for my face. They helped me find several options in frames that were similar to the style that was working for me. It was tough to decide as they found some great options for me.
