Really liked my doc. He seemed to care and worked with me to get my Rx right. Can't say enough great things about him.Wish I could say the same about the staff. 3 times I was there. No smiles, no conversation. No caring evident. 1st visit .. blah . No real customer service.. just another number. 2nd time, girl wouldn't even LOOK at me, much less really talk. 3rd time was to pick up my glasses that I had to call and check on, they didn't even let me know when they came in. Blamed it on not having the right number, which I know is not true. And again... No one friendly AT ALL. I feel bad for the doc. Cause I def don't want to come back and get treated so yucky.

Yesterday I was there my appointment was at 3:40 they told me I would arrive at 3:25 and if I was there 3:25 it was after 5:30 it still didn't happen I was asking why those who had arrived after me all passed by and I I was still there and to make matters worse, Dr. Ryan Sandberg was in the exam for not even 2 minutes, he put on the eye device and he measured me 1 and 2 and 2 and 3, it's all the light and that's it, and I still asked him if he wasn't going to measure my eyes One and the other one told me that no, everything was fine, I told him but that was what he did to me. Another doctor checked my vision well and said that everything was fine, so I waited all that...read full review
