They were so patient with my indecisiveness and gave me room and freedom to try things, and when I asked, gave their helpful opinion on styles and choices. As I explored, they checked in regularly to see if I needed anything. Tim Torrez was super helpful and I watched him juggle multiple clients/patients as he was the only one there at the time I placed my order. He acknowledged everyone, was upfront about the possible wait, and took care of everyone's needs very efficiently. He helped explain the different cost options and explained the pluses and minuses of each. He was fun to talk to, and seemed to have an ease with everyone he interacted with. I would definitely recommend this location and visionworks as a whole.“

I had Chelsea Cain . Best eye exam I have ever had she is friendly and great at what she does. I did see the other OD talking to a person that was getting an eye exam he was very friendly also . Maureen and Stephen genuinely care for their customers, and they have an excellent eye for what will work with your face shape and look good on you. They have a huge selection with many unique and different frames, and I still love the frames Maureen helped me select 5+ years ago! They know their lenses and they are precise with fittings, measurements and everything else that goes into helping me see so well. I got my exam and lenses elsewhere this past time because of my insurance, and I had nothing but problems with them. They were re-made 3x over the course of a year and my vision still didn’t seem right, so I finally gave up and went back to Stephen to save me, which of course he did. Same thing happened to my father when he strayed elsewhere! We will be customers there forever and I encourage anyone to visit EyeMagination for custom, friendly, and accurate support for your vision. Frames and lenses are not cheap here, but I decided vision was nothing something to cheap out on, especially since I wear progressives.“

“Miguel is awesome! I bought prescription long distance glasses for driving, that come with magnet prescription sunglasses (so one pair but great for both day and night driving). Then two pairs of prescription reading glasses (I tend to lose them more) lol. I used my $200 limit on my insurance then with the 40% special, they are running now, I was out the door for $101.00 WOW!!. And I watched him be sooo patient and helpful with an elderly lady, he helped before he could work with me. I did feel bad, for him though, between her and I he had to stay long after store was to be closed. But his attention to detail and helpfulness never waivered for a second.“
