“Great experience on my end, staff was very helpful. I had a extended meeting, and the representative was willing to help reschedule my visit same day. The optometrist took the time to educate me on my vision issues, and even went as far as to look into the specific brands that may be most beneficial. This location is definitely going to be my "go to" for the foreseeable future.“
“I got a new pair of eyeglasses a couple months ago. I went in for my eye exam and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were. They have a super cute collection of glasses and I was happy to have found my own pair of blinged-out glasses. “We have seen 3 of the 4 providers here over the last 5 years. They are all excellent. They take lots of time with you. They are very thorough and explain everything. The front office staff that schedules the appointments and files insurance are excellent. They have always filed correctly and promptly. They are always friendly and engaging. The staff that helps with eye glass fitting have been hit or miss over the years. Usually friendly and helpful. But hopefully the good ones will stay and the bad will go.“

“BEST OPTOMETRIST OF COUNTLESS IVE BEEN TOO :) i absolutely love it here! my experience was great. they have outstanding expertise and are truly supportive of patients. doctors educated me thoroughly as a patient and were completely transparency/honest through it all. they don't waste patient time or money, they actually go out of their way to save patients considerable money. my intake was a little rushed and sloppy, but i plan to become a loyal patient here“
