I’m writing this follow-up to my review from last year because this team deserves the recognition. I bring my sister, who has special needs, to see Dr. Kacey Gilford for her annual exams, and the level of care is consistently top-tier.
It’s not easy to find a medical office that treats special needs patients with this much genuine respect and patience, but this team nails it every single time. A huge shoutout to Stephanie and the rest of the staff for always making the experience stress-free and dignified. They treat my sister like family, and that means everything to me. Was a good appointment. Only problem was they were short on staff so could not get my glaucoma test was supposed to have it this time but not enough staff or people. My mom took me I can't drive and she has to drive a ways to get me there and have to make another trip in two weeks. I understand stuff happens it was just one of those days.mu doctor was very nice and so were the staff that were there. Doc was very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had. Was happy with recent visit too March 2026 glad cataracts aren't worse yet and glaucoma not bad yet either. Don't need drips yet hope don't ever get to that point. Thanks have a great Eayer.
I really Dr. Hauptman. He is very cute (which is not the point) but really makes me laugh when I go in there and always has some new thing to suggest for my dry eyes. Like NEW stuff you never hear of. I appreciate his current market knowledge. He likes to help.
