February 6, February 20 I had cataract surgery first I’m gonna begin with their facility on Osborne. Very unorganized people in the back are not friendly at all.when I have my right eye done on the 20th and went to see Dr.Brems for my follow up I asked him why was The procedure on my right eye different from my left eye if they were supposed to be the same nobody told me before the surgery that it was gonna be different he got very Abrupt! his answer was maybe because I was complaining you can’t even talk when you’re in there. For making my visit, extremely prompt and painless, I shall say 😉
As a new patient, it was a little frustrating in the beginning the hold time to try to reach somebody, but I was unable to email or go through the portal because I was not established
I will say I was impressed with the office and the Team in general so for me it was worth The time and now that I’m a established patient I can reach out in the portal which they seem to use, which is my preference..
Upon checking, everything is done electronically, which is definitely A plus in my book as that’s my preference

What a remarkable place. The front desk staff were excellent, and the medical assistant was great as well. Dr. Gill was outstanding.
They were able to get me in very late in the day with only a two-minute wait. The debris was removed from my eye in under a minute. I was especially impressed that they followed up with me on a Sunday when they were closed to check on how I was doing after the procedure.
