“Eye lab quite literally saved the day. My husband and I were visiting from Dallas for spring training when I started to have an irritation in my eye. It escalated very quickly and I was having severe pain in my left eye. Turns out I had an ulcer in my eye which is a medical emergency. The eye lab team was able to accommodate me at 3PM on a SATURDAY. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and patience all while easing my pain, discomfort and anxiety. Thank you Dr. Serena Shao, I will be forever grateful to you! My eye is already feeling immensely better! She also offered up her personal cell phone number to check in with me, sent my records over to my doc back in Dallas. 10/10, if I lived in Scottsdale I would certainly switch providers to you all! “I have gotten glasses from Jason at the North Scottsdale location many times. I recently had cataract surgery so this time I decided to buy my glasses from my ophthalmologist. Every time my glasses arrived they needed to send them back, four times!!! I asked for a refund and went back to Jason at Target. When I explained to him what happened, he said not to worry, I’ll take care of you. He sure did! I was so nervous when I picked up my glasses yesterday. I put them on and I could see perfectly!
