It escalated very quickly and I was having severe pain in my left eye. Turns out I had an ulcer in my eye which is a medical emergency. The eye lab team was able to accommodate me at 3PM on a SATURDAY. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and patience all while easing my pain, discomfort and anxiety. Thank you Dr. Serena Shao, I will be forever grateful to you! My eye is already feeling immensely better! She also offered up her personal cell phone number to check in with me, sent my records over to my doc back in Dallas. 10/10, if I lived in Scottsdale I would certainly switch providers to you all!
