I've been going to this location for years. They're always friendly and helpful. This year I couldn't go pick up my glasses. Andrea didn't want me to pay for mailing them, so after work, with 112 degrees, she brought them to me. This kind of service I haven't seen in years in this town. I thank her and Nationwide for all your great employees. I'm a loyal customer. Kathleen Mckenzie. (Cotten is my maiden name)
