Her fitting and sales team are easy to talk to and they are so helpful in making choices on frames and what looks good on each of us. I would recommend Akers to friends and neighbors.“

They were so patient with my indecisiveness and gave me room and freedom to try things, and when I asked, gave their helpful opinion on styles and choices. As I explored, they checked in regularly to see if I needed anything. Tim Torrez was super helpful and I watched him juggle multiple clients/patients as he was the only one there at the time I placed my order. He acknowledged everyone, was upfront about the possible wait, and took care of everyone's needs very efficiently. He helped explain the different cost options and explained the pluses and minuses of each. He was fun to talk to, and seemed to have an ease with everyone he interacted with. I would definitely recommend this location and visionworks as a whole.“

I had Chelsea Cain . Best eye exam I have ever had she is friendly and great at what she does. I did see the other OD talking to a person that was getting an eye exam he was very friendly also . “My office experience was top-notch. The lady upfront was very professional and kind.
I had some paperwork to fill out, but they took me back right away. Everyone there, from the person at the front desk, to the assistant, to Dr. Olsen, treated me with such great care. Syerra then helped me pick out a new frame! It was top-notch care. The cool thing about this visit today too, was the camaraderie between the women working there. With no other patients in the waiting area, the ladies working were chatting like a group of good friends. I felt like everyone there cared about my experience and each other, too. Love that vibe. I will be telling friends and family to go there, too.“

“I had cataract surgery on both eyes in 2020 by dr moretsky ( retired) and as time goes by your eye grows a film on them . Came back to them in 2026 and they did something called yag which is a laser procedure to clean the film accumulated on the eyes I was in and out in less than an hour dr McCoy did this procedure. I would highly recommend the 160 W University one in Mesa“
