I was really happy that there’s Pilates close to where I live. Gilbert location is a Great location and all instructors are knowledgeable but, My favorite is Jessie, Carrie and Rheana they’re amazing on what they’d do. I highly recommended this place whether you’re looking to become more flexible, strengthen your core. Club Pilates exercise improve not only your strength, but also your posture, balance, and stability.

I have tried MANY types of exercise, but I have an autoimmune disorder that has damaged and deformed some of my joints. Exercise causes overwhelming pain and fatigue. After the free intro class, I felt so good. My body felt stretched and I felt energetic. For the first time, I felt excited about signing up for a fitness program and about doing it again! Usually I dread physical activity because of the limitations of my body. I am writing this the day after and aside from a little muscle soreness (it's a workout, after all) I feel great! Excellent class. Although small in stature, Colleen moved around the area well to make sure she was heard by all. She repeated her directions, often using slightly different words to ensure everyone understood what she expected. Again, outstanding.
