“Great service. Keith returned my VM, showed up when he said he would and fixed the issue (which he had successfully diagnosed over the phone based on the issues we indicated) and didn’t try to upsell us on other maint or Freon replacement. Great guy that I’ll be quick to recommend to others and use in the future.”
Island Airco
“HEAT DOME UPDATE: ISLAND AIRCO was able to schedule me for next day service and Carlos Quezada did a great job on diagnosing and fixing the problem! Highest recommendation, as always!
I had a summer tuneup completed on the HVAC system. Sergio was able to diagnose a problem and diligently repair the system. He, and the entire Island Airco team did a great job, as always! Very much appreciated!
HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR UPDATE (August 18, 2025) Island Airco scheduled me for Monday when I called after hours on Saturday. Cristina was delightful, and Misty and Joy followed up immediately. DAWSON showed up on time, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He had the A/C blowing cold in a matter of minutes! As usual, my dogs were a bit annoying, but Dawson remain focused on the repair, and treated them with kindness and respect. From scheduling after hours on a weekend, to friendly, effective and PROMPT repairs, Island Airco is truly commited to providing impeccable customer service. They have my highest recommendation, and are an asset to the NWA community. My thanks to you all.
PREVIOUS REVIEWS: Colten rocks, as does Dawson (and Joy) I am a regular customer, and have seen Colten or Dawson a couple times a year for 3 years. They are always on time and their HVAC EXPERTISE is duly noted and appreciated.
They are always personable and very professional! They also put up with my 4 doggos, which is appreciated! Colten, Dawson, Joy and the entire Island Airco family are Highly Recommended!”
