“Rare Customer Service. We had issues with our HVAC system and friends of our recomended Benton County Heating and Cooling. Adam the office manager was very kind and compasionate. He was able to answer our questions and get help for us quickly. He showed a rare style of customer service that you just to see these days. I would offer him a job if he didn't already have one.Will came to our home to fix our split system. He too was very kind and personable. He was able to identify the issues quickly and didn't try to sell us or fix anything we didn't need. Benton County Heating and Cooling will be our forever go to HVAC Service, Not only do they have a honest employees, Intregrity doing the job, they also amazing service. “Gary fixed my AC unit when it went out in the middle of August. He came the same day I called and after his inspection of the unit, realized that it needed a new coil that was unfortunately on backorder. Gary went above and beyond to keep my house cool during the waiting period and even lended me a portable AC unit. He was great at communicating with me on timing as well as explaining the problem to me so that I knew exactly what was happening. He also had many calls with the manufacturer to speed up the delivery of the backordered part and ensure that the parts were covered under warranty (unit was only 2 years old).
