Two twin brothers, Matt and AJ own/operate Jim's. Matt and Ryan, a very knowledgeable AC Tech, changed my A/C attic coil. A/C was inoperative; it was a very warm day and the attic was warmer. Both Matt and Ryan changed the damaged unit and had it up and running in 2 hours. I am retired now, but was/am a California State Licensed General Building Contractor thus have knowledge of construction. Great guys to work with. I give them 5 Stars, because they earned it. We had a fairly minor AC issue at our house. The techs that came out were very friendly and addressed our issue very quickly. I do appreciate that I wasn't oversold a bunch of services that I didn't need. They took care of our problem and the price was less than I was expecting to pay. I would definitely use them again.
My sister and I had to have our HVAC replaced recently and got a couple bids. Jim’s was the best in every way. Then, when they came out for the install, they were amazing! Very efficient and knowledgeable, but also, just really good people that wanted to make sure all was well. I’m so glad we went with them.
