He is kind, patient, communicates clearly, stays on top of the details, and he advocates for our properties and our stated wishes. We did try another realtor once, and talked to others a few years back and these experiences confirmed Jim is the best. With the others, our stress level really increased during the process, but with Jim it has always been a calm process.

Amazing customer service! I have used them for oil change and most recently a tire fix. I unfortunately was loosing air fast and it was right before close they helped me and didn’t complain about it being close to closing. They checked and plugged my tire and quickly had me on my way.
