They installed our mini split ac/heat system and it's been problem free for quite some time. Then on the hottest day of the year it went out. They were here that day but had to order a part and it could take up to a week...... 1.5 days later my units are fixed and I am in my ice cold bliss. Jack and Jesse are AMAZING! Very friendly, hard working guys that do what it takes. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. They take care of their customers.Thanks again guys!
Absolutely amazing. The most honest, efficient, and courteous HVAC company I have ever dealt with. I suggest you use them and nobody else. Don't get ripped off by greedy HVAC contractors, use It's HVAC instead. Jesse was great to work with.
We had such a great experience! Justin was so kind, quick, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything and had our AC fixed fast. We’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know!
