“Great experience!
We had a problem with our outside AC unit (condenser) where it wasn't cooling properly and making a strange noise and we called Daniell Heat & Air on a Sunday and within a short amount of time were scheduled for a technician to come out to diagnose the problem. We were also called twice after the initial appointment was made, once by Aaron who was gathering problem info and giving us an ETA on the technician and service call time and again by our tech when he started our direction, which is always good to know. Our technician (Sam) was very knowledgeable, thorough, kind and friendly and just a joy to work with. He had our AC diagnosed and up and running lickity split after replacing the dual capacitor. Our unit is pretty old at this point, so we were happy that it was a part that could be replaced and not the whole shebang just yet! We'll be signing up with Daniell Heat & Air this week for regular service calls and maintenance.“

“I called B & A first thing in the morning they had someone out by the afternoon. They located the problem on my system and also then took the time to research my unit that it was still under warranty even though they were not the ones that installed it. They found that the defective part was covered by the warranty. I was only charged for the labor that wasn’t covered by the manufacturer warranty. Great honest company.“
