Brad was great! He came out after hours and diagnosed and fixed the AC within minutes, he had the part on his truck. The price was reasonable, in the mid range of what to expect according to Google. Considering it was after hours and how knowledgeable he was I was expecting it to be double what said. I was relieved when he said the price. The whole experience was excellent from the call for service to the service itself. I will be using them again and recommending them to all my friends and family.
Our air went out a week before we were leaving to go out of town for the birth of our granddaughter. Brad and his son came after hours and got our unit working until we could get back. And they went above and beyond. We made it back and ended up getting the new heating and air units replaced. They were fast efficient and above all treated us like family.
