“We were vacationing overseas when our housesitter contacted me to say our house had completely lost water, this on a Saturday. They came by the following Monday and had water running again with a very reasonably priced fix. (Turned out the control switch had failed.) As I was steeling myself for a possible well pump replacement (with who knows how long lead time plus labor), this was about as good an outcome as possible. Thanks to everyone there for good service!“

“I'm writing this to persuade you to use Frog for your heating and air needs.Frog came out after we realized we had an issue with our duct work under the house. No air coming out of two vents, and we figured there were holes. He presented our options in an understandable way and also suggested that we have all of our duct work re-done with hard to duct to bring it up to code and that is what we decided to do. Frog and his team were at our home before 7 am last Saturday and the job was done mid afternoon.Frog ultimately had to scrap the work that another heating and air service cobbled together about 4 years ago when we had a new unit and vents installed. Keep in mind, this is in a crawl space under our home, and has a max height of about 18 inches in places, and less in others.If your needing this kind of work, understand that it is not cheap. In more up-to-date homes maybe it's a bit cheaper, but for us, we knew it would be a little costly, and it was worth it. We have more air coming in now than we have since we've lived here.5 stars all the way around, and I will absolutely use him again.Services: HVAC system maintenance“
