They showed up on time, smiling, fully prepared with all the tools they needed to remove a PTAC from the housing, cover exposed electrical parts, clean the coil and grates, remediate all mold, clean the housing and exterior of the unit before reinstallation, plus clean-up afterwards. They answered all my questions, never seeming perturbed or irritated by my curiosity, and let me take pictures of their work.
