City Plumbing replaced a leaky water line from the meter to my home. Throughout the process, Victor went up and beyond to make sure the job was done well and in a timely manner. City Plumbing was fabulous on ALL counts. Customer Service, responsiveness, and backing up their work! Zachary Jones and Ryan Walling were beyond professional, timely, and informative. Zach sent me descriptive pictures. I was able to send those pics and detailed invoices to the water company for an adjustment to my bill as well. Sherri always answered the phone quickly and was always helpful; I received a thank you in the mail from Sherri right after my service. Great company, great service and I know who I will use in the future.

Great service. After dealing with another Big Blue company for 2 weeks trying to get a water heater installed and having the install date changed 3 times , I called the Gang here. They had me a new water heater in in about 5 hours. Super Fast, Friendly , Professional. Will use them again.
