OMG…I use this HVAC service personally but I also manage condos at Mt Harbor on Lake Ouachita. I encourage all my owners to get a service contract with these guys. When air goes out at 2:00am in 100 degree temps it’s good to have someone close to help out and get the air up and running. Having an annual service keeps that from happening on almost every occasion. We love their service.

Our AC unit stopped working sometime early Sunday morning. I called around 8:45 and by 11:00 Dalton had fixed the problem, explained to us what our options were and provided us with a quote on equipment we would be needing in the near future due to the age of our entire unit. The price was more than fair and Dalton provided great costumer service. I would recommend Carpenter H & A to anyone, especially in after hour emergencies.

Called in the late afternoon for a technician to check out a problem with my heating unit. I was told they could have a technician to me today or tomorrow To my surprise the technician called me within a half an hour and was at my home within an hour and a half. Never used this company before but from their administrative staff to their technician Ryan, it was a great experience. Ryan the technician was prompt, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company and their technician Ryan.Service: Heating system repair
