Ian Moore responded very quickly on a Saturday afternoon when our blower on our package unit went out. I would recommend Quality Aire and him as a technician. The only reason I didn't check good value is because I did not get a second quote to compare them to but I believe the pricing is fair.Service: HVAC system repair
Got right on our travel trailer floor repair & had it ready so quickly. We had taken it to another repair place but after 2 months of waiting, was told it'd be ANOTHER 2 months!Recommend their being more forthright in their quotes. Say $3000-9000, not 3-9. Other than the high price (1600 over 1st estimate), would recommend their services.
I called with a concern with my rv heating unit. Unfortunately the unit had corrected itself by the time the tech came over. After calling they were quick to send a professional tech who was knowledgeable with my unit and offered several choices of finding the problems with my furnace.
