When we have a problem, Knox is just a phone call away. Robert has come out every time we have problems/service for the Summer, etc. Hw always tells us step by step what is going on.Services: HVAC system repair
Knox AC & Heating was awesome! Our heater would not shut off and they had someone to our home quickly. Robert was very friendly and was able to identify & fix our relay issue. The cost was affordable and I am so happy they were able to get this fixed before the next cold snap we are sure to get soon! Thank you guys for being reliable and efficient.
I am an Airbnb owner and host, and we had three lovely couples in for the New Year's weekend. They let us know the heat pump was not heating the house, and the outside temps were in the 30's. I immediately called Knox. Not only was their staff understanding, they sent a technician out to our property THAT SAME AFTERNOON! And because we have a maintenance contract with them, we received a discount on the service call--ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND! Kudos to Robert, our service technician, and Kimberly, the office manager, who took my call. They impressed me as well as our guests--I cannot thank them enough or recommend them highly enough for fast, courteous, competent service....read full review
