Malik is one of the most competent, knowledgeable, and kind service professional I have met in the past 5 years. He was called in for a difficult refrigerator diagnosis for an intermittent issue. His diligence to his analysis and work done to determine go forward strategies was unmatched by similar technical in his situation.
