We were in the process of replacing our washer and found the faucet for the cold water had a leak. Both faucets were old and would not even turn off all the way. Tim came out the same day we called and replaced both faucets. This was the most professional, friendly, and complete customer service we've had in a long time. Called Premier Plumbing to address a problem in my new Cullman home. They came out right away and Dakota diagnosed a faulty toilet flange that was leaking. The same day he and his assistant fixed the flange and replaced the toilet. Highly recommend and very pleased with my experience.

I recommend L&L Cleaners. I brought in a much treasured Christmas tree skirt that was stained from use. It required extra care due to the sequins and fragile fabric. It was restored and looks beautiful! Very reasonable rates. I bring all of our suits and jackets to be cleaned here too.
Ordered a set of Tru=Hearing hearing aids. The people are very friendly. They must be popular because I have to wait in my hearing aids longer than I thought.

This place is truly a godsend, and John is nothing short of amazing. My son has sensory sensitivities and has always struggled with haircuts, especially in busy or unfamiliar environments. It’s usually a very stressful experience for him—and for us. But John completely changed that. He took the time to connect with my son, making him feel safe, comfortable, and understood. His patience and kindness meant everything. For the first time ever, my son sat through an entire haircut without crying. That alone speaks volumes. Not only was the experience incredible, but the haircut itself looked fantastic. John truly goes above and beyond in every way, and it shows. We will absolutely be coming back, and all of my boys will be seeing John from now on. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I am new to the area, I shopped around looking for a new primary care doctor. I called and spoke with a really nice lady who was very helpful and informative. I had my wife schedule an appointment for me. I can safely say that Dr Rushing is amazing. I've struggled with severe anxiety associated with going to the doctor among other things and I was very pleased with our interaction. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients and their well-being. I highly recommend Dr Rushing.

I get a great haircut most of the time when I patron Great Clips. I don’t like the fact that they are continuing to go up on their prices almost every 6 months. Now it is $20 + tip for my haircut which really only takes about 10 minutes to complete because it is a military cut.

I highly recommend this barbershop bo and his son do a great job cutting my hair and you can't beat the price at $12.00 the barbershop has the atmosphere of times of the past very reminiscent of Floyd's barbershop in mayberry.

Great cut great customer service great all around experience. This guy took his time making sure every little thing was perfect with my fade. He was there at 7 am sweeping and cleaning the shop and opened right up for me and put me all the way in the game. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Everyone is so kind and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are relaxed,and that you get everything exactly the way that you want! I got my brows waxed and they were perfectly done! ?? I also got a new set of nails and went with the thick white French tips and I couldn't have been happier! The pic I posted is one week in and they still look incredible. ? After being treated very rudely at Great Clips in Cullman, I called Thee House to see if I could be fitted in for a shampo, cut and blow dry. Loretta was super friendly and said I could come right on! My hair is naturally curl, and most stylists have a hard time giving me the cut I ask for. Loretta did a fantastic job, I couldn't love this cut more! The bangs are the perfect length, the layers are great, it's just perfect! I would definitely recommend this salon and I will definitely be returning. I have found my new forever hair salon! She has been a stylist for 30+year, so she knows what she's doing. Excellent company. By the way ESG stands for Elite Service and Gas. Had a geyser in my front yard. Called and a person actually answered. Paula. Could not have been nicer. Sent the order to Cameron who also called me. He was also very polite and helpful. Explained the problem and the fix. Done! Took me longer to pick out a plumbing co than it took them to fix it. Next time I need a plumber, will call them immediately.

Was traveling thru the area and my 12 year old chihuahua Buttercup became very ill and I stopped by to see if they could help her. Right at opening time they took her in and quickly diagnosed what was wrong and got her scheduled for surgery. They saved her life in just a matter of hours and I'm deeply grateful for them helping on such short notice. Thanks to the team and everyone involved for saving her life
They took my baby in as a walk-in when my long term vet didn't help. We left with a steroid shot and 2 other medications. He has a systemic yeast infection. Dr Shane is treating everything. This was a few hours ago and already my baby is sleeping deeply got the first time inn weeks
Dr. Murphree and his whole team were amazing with us and our goat, Dottie. They were the first clinic open with a Vet at 730am to handle our emergency and they took our Dottie without hesitation. They loved her, treated her and educated us. They without a doubt showed her and us so much love and compassion. We are so very grateful that even though goats are not their specialty and even though we are not regular customers they did not turn us away. Forever grateful!
We have used Cullman Veterinary Hospital almost as long as they have been in business. Over the years we have worked with Dr Murphree as well as all of the other veterinarians. We have used them with all of our dogs and cats. They have all been professional and have provided excellent service. Most recently we are working with Dr Shugart as he preformed surgery on our miniture schnauzer and did a fantastic job. You might be able to find a vet that will cost lest but you will not find a better team of veterinarians.
The prices are very reasonable. The service is amazing!!! They were so good to my Frenchie puppy and took time to answer all of my questions.

I was sceptical at first. I had called for an appointment she said 20 min. I arrived but think I was met with a lady that didn't make the appointment so it was a little confusing because she didn't speak English all that well. She put in a very nice clean room! I only have the use of one arm, extreme nerve pain and tightness the other! It took a minute to explain lol,Lilly did an amazing job!! she did pause a cpl times to get her phone out to translate, to fully understand my medical issues. I did ask for an extra 30 min for her to massage more on my bad arm. of course she said and told me how much more it would be, but she kept right in working! Yes she asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which I was way more than willing to do after an amazing deep tissue massage front and back plus the extra work on my bad arm! I will most definitely be back!!
