“Listen, y'all. We love you for what you do. So why only a 4 star? Your technicians are fabulous! We've had nothing but positive experiences with them in the years that we've been with you. However....the constant and repetitive upselling that seems to be increasing with each year is, honestly, annoying. The other reason....we accepted a second crawlspace inspection and estimate from you after we knew there was damage from mold from not having the house climate controlled for a year. With that repaired, we agreed it needed a look. Danny is a very nice man. Nice doesn't ensure the job will be done properly, though. He never sent the photos of his inspection. He stated in the two different levels of estimates, that the mold could be sprayed and left to go dormant, then the moisture barrier put down. That is not correct and I disagree with his idea on this. The mold CANNOT be left to go dormant or hope for the best that it just doesn't get the right conditions to grow back. He also never mentioned anything about the access doors needing to be replaced should we decide on a total encapsulation. We did a lot of homework on this before we had estimates. We have accepted work from a crawlspace contractor who does ONLY crawlspace work. They stay in their lane. They also beat the pants of y'all in price that included not just treating the mold but doing it properly and removing it. Your pest control services are fabulous. I just wish you would stick to what you know best and quit trying to push mosquito control and everything else that keeps getting promoted. I'm also not saying you do a terrible job in crawlspace remediation, you could do an acceptable job......but, overall impression that we received left us with a lot of concerns about whether or not the mold was going to be treated correctly, if the correct materials would be used and the price. We also don't think a yearly fee of over $200 is a reasonable amount for servicing the dehumidifier. This recent look is not looking very attractive on y'all.”
