Based on customer reviews, Chalkley Plumbing LLC is a highly recommended plumbing company. This man loves what he does and is very nice and patient. He is very professional, timely, and caring. He cares about his customers and makes sure that the job is done right. He truly went above and beyond. He was able to provide information and a few different options to fit needs and budget. He listened to ideas and concerns and worked through everything in ways that companies just don’t do. He is more like a trusted friend than a contractor. He worked tirelessly until the job was completely finished, with no shortcuts, no rush, just quality work from start to finish. He was friendly, respectful, and so easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly. He is an honest guy with great skills and even better character. He is dependable, and efficient. He charged a fair price and cleaned up the work area when he finished. He is completely fair with pricing, with no surprise fees. He was able to help with urgent water heater issues, kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine drainage problems, and leaking faucets.
This man loves what he does and is very nice and patient cause I called at like 10pm and he answered and walked me through how my water heater wasn't warming up the water ! I highly recommend this company cause they're consistent..I thank you so much Chalkey Plumbing LLC
I can’t say enough good things about Chalkley Plumbing! He truly went above and beyond for me. I reached out with an urgent water heater issue..as in water heater was pouring water out in my garage & I’m emptying a big bucket every few hours urgent issue!!
He was able to provide me with information that I needed to know and a few different options that could fit my needs and budget. I couldn’t use my kitchen sink, dishwasher, or washing machine because they wouldn’t drain anymore. My boyfriend (an engineer) tried drain cleaners, drainking, and snaking the lines for a couple of days with no luck. I finally called Chalkley Plumbing for help. Due to a/c ducts from a new a/c unit, he couldn’t access the pipes and had to cut a new access door into the crawl space and then found some previous plumbing problems and some clogged cast iron piping. He replaced the problem pipes and I am a happy camper!! Very professional and a great attitude…thank you so much!!
