April is so nice to deal with when you call. Everyone is so friendly, it’s like you have known them forever. Just had our second heat pump installed through them after 22 years. “I called this man on a Sunday at 6pm he sat on the phone with me and walked me through how to set up my new thermostat. My pregnant wife and child and I were sweating and the unit would only blow heat. With in 10 min he had my unit blowing ice cold. Can't recommend this company enough 10 out of 10 ill call them everytime I have a hvac issue!“

“Excellent & timely service! Had Payne's come out after the Jan 2024 Ice storm to service a Trane heat pump in our out building that the condenser wouldn't run. Harold and crew quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair at a reasonable price. Being that the unit was so old (as well as the unit on the house) Harold gave me options to consider when it comes time to replace them. Excellent suggestions, what to expect, no high pressure. Will definitely call Payne's again when I need service!“
