“This was my first time with getting a deep tissue massage. Did not know what to expect but went in with an open mind. I’ve been dealing with a lot of tension and knots across my neck and shoulder area. When Beverly was done, the tension and knots across my shoulders and neck seemed to magically disappear. The whole experience was so wonderful, that I booked another appointment with her in a few weeks. Highly recommend Massage with Beverly.”
“Dr Cole is 100% the best ever. I walked in about 6 AM with no appointment, in terrible pain. I walked out in less than an hour with relief. He knows how to get results.”
“Elevate is an inviting and intimate setting barre and yoga boutique. I have improved my yoga practice here and always leave with feeling rejuvenated, yet calm.”
