Johnny came out to look at my fridge the same day I called. He is a really nice guy and unbelievably transparent about everything. It is so refreshing these days. He is extremely knowledgable and clearly explained how the fridge worked, what was wrong and what my options were. No BS at all. It turns out it wasn't really worth fixing unless I bought the parts myself and did it. He even explained how I could do that if I wanted. He truly went above and beyond and I will call him any time I have an appliance issue. Thank you Johnny.
Johnny came out to check an old cooktop and oven in a house I had planned to purchase. He is very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I will, certainly, call him when I have an appliance issue. Such a nice guy!
Arrived at my home in less than an hour from call. Very proffesional in explaining possible issues and cost. Had located and repaired the issue quickly. Would call again if needed. Would recommend.
