Matt Johnson is the service technician for me . He is efficient with his work details and lists performed tasks. He communicates well before service and has a good follow up . Cooks is the company to call if you have a need for service.

Our tech listens to what I want done. He is always there the day he says he will be. If I need anything specific done it's not a problem. He seems to really care about what's going on vs just doing a job and leaving. I would recommend Cooks pest control to anyone.
