We have used Northwest Exterminating for a while now. Our tech is Ian Westbrook and we absolutely love him. He is always a text away to answer any questions or concerns that we may have. The ladies in the office are great as well. Everyone is always very professional, patient, and kind.

Ian cares about his work and it shows. Always tells me what type maintenance he is doing at the visit and why he is doing the type pest maintenance. I trust him at my home and inside my home. 5 Stars for sure.
