“Dr. Hill is absolutely phenomenal - she is the best optometrist I have ever been to. She is kind and patient. She diagnosed me with convergence insufficiency and took a lot of time to explain everything thoroughly and the best treatment option for me. Everyone at Inverness Eye care is always helpful and welcoming. I sent a message on their website portal requesting an appointment, and the receptionist fit me in the next day. The techs are also incredibly sweet. I have been to several optometrists in Birmingham looking for help (I also have dry eyes) and am so happy I discovered this office. I cannot recommend Inverness Eye Care enough :)”

The manager that checked me in and out was very helpful and informative. He was also very knowledgeable and kind. The technician, Lena, was very understanding and really listened to me.
