I truly appreciate her diligence of getting that done for me that day over the phone. Because I was planning on canceling this insurance and getting a different one on Nov.1. I wanted to make sure my bill was paid with this insurance. My office visit was done professionally and everyone was really polite. The procedure that was done was great! “I wish I could give Dr. Pair's office more than 5 stars. I haven't been to an eye doctor in several years. When I walked in his office, the staff was nice. I expected one of them to take me to the exam room when it was my turn, but Dr. Pair came and got me himself. He was very good at explaining everything and answering all my questions in terms I could understand.When I got my glasses from a 1-hr place and needed them adjusted, not only was his staff willing to help me, but he personally worked on making sure they fit correctly. I'll definitely go back to him next time I need anything eye related.“
