MyEyeDr. is a reliable eye care provider that delivers exceptional customer service. The knowledgeable staff are friendly and helpful, answering all questions in detail. The doctors, such as Dr. Gregory, are informative and transparent, ensuring patients receive the care they need. The location offers a great selection of frames and accepts outside/online frames. Patients can conveniently book appointments with extended hours. Customers consistently report a five-star experience and highly recommend this office. The front desk staff, like Cheryl and Sally, are welcoming and efficient. The optometrists, including Alex, are described as great, helpful, and thorough. Overall, MyEyeDr. provides excellent vision care and a positive experience for its patients.
I come to this location every year. The staff is welcoming and the level of care I receive is always top notch. This last visit I expressed concerns about my eye health. I felt very heard with Dr. Gregory, and feel very satisfied in the treatment plan that was suggested.
Alex helps fit me for my glasses when I come in. I am always so impressed with his ability to identify my personal sense of style, and pick out some options that I love. He has made something that used to take me half an hour at minimum only take maybe 10 minutes.

I find myself compelled to offer praise to this establishment, for to withhold such acknowledgment would be an injustice of the highest order. The staff possessed both grace and efficiency, and the doctor demonstrated expertise with such confidence that any anxieties were promptly dismissed. My vision now feels astonishingly crisp, as though my very eyeballs have undergone a noble transformation. I daresay one would be hard-pressed to locate finer eye care without venturing into pure buffoonery.
I ordered a new pair of glasses at the Highland Ave MyEyeDoctor and received fantastic, quick service from their staff. The experienced tech helped me match my current glasses, frame, lens, and selection. I will be back here the next time I need glasses.
