This is going to be a little bit of a weird review since I didn't actually buy anything, but the help was so good that I felt compelled to leave this review. I visited 3 different optical stores trying to get answers. It wasn't until I met Latoya that I found anyone that would take some time and help me. She took her time with me, answered all of my questions, gave me plenty of options, and didn't pressure me into buying something that I wouldn't be happy with. When I finally determined what I want, I will be back to see Latoya.

If you’re looking for a seamless, enjoyable eyewear experience, look no further than Target Optical — and ask for Latoya McMorris! From the moment I walked in, Latoya’s warm personality put me completely at ease. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I found exactly what I needed. Every step of the process was smooth and efficient, and I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Latoya is exactly the kind of person who makes you feel like a valued customer, not just another appointment. I can’t recommend her highly enough — she’s awesome and a credit to the Target Optical team!
