Dr. Hill is absolutely phenomenal - she is the best optometrist I have ever been to. She is kind and patient. She diagnosed me with convergence insufficiency and took a lot of time to explain everything thoroughly and the best treatment option for me. Everyone at Inverness Eye care is always helpful and welcoming. I sent a message on their website portal requesting an appointment, and the receptionist fit me in the next day. The techs are also incredibly sweet. I have been to several optometrists in Birmingham looking for help (I also have dry eyes) and am so happy I discovered this office. I cannot recommend Inverness Eye Care enough :)
Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Also, I was called back within 5 minutes of arriving and checking in. Dr Kentros was very informative and encouraging regarding my upcoming cataract surgery. By talking through things, she has lowered my anxiety level tremendously.
Everyone at Inverness Eyecare was very friendly and handled their job professionally, from check in, to getting the retinal pictures, to Dr Kentros verifying my lens prescription and explaining what was showing in the retinal images. I would recommend them.
