Dr. Francisco is a wonderful doctor who is helpful, nice, and informative, and he has built a strong reputation among long-time patients. The staff, including the polite receptionist and experienced nurse Jennifer, is always friendly and willing to assist. The experience is superb, with expedient wait times and knowledgeable explanations about conditions and available options, making it easy to find the perfect glasses.
Been going to a few different EVA'S since moving here after Hurricane Katrina. I have had only very positives to say about the company. My recent trip was to Trussville and everybody was so kind and helpful. This is the only company I will go to.
I have been having trouble with blurry eyes and my eyes focusing. Dr Francisco prescribed me some drops to help. My prescription changed after Dr Francisco worked with my sight to see what is best for me. I felt so relieved after I could see the results. I can SEE.
Also, Whitney helped me to pick out a wonderful pair of glasses; and she fixed my old pair so they are not crooked on my face anymore. I had a good day.
We had such a pleasant experience. Jade (you’re amazing) was awesome with my son, and I really appreciated our interaction and her care in making us comfortable, plus making my 8 year old’s experience fun!
