Jacquese at the Trussville location was the hero of my day! I came in with an outside prescription for new glasses. Start to finish; it was a wonderful experience. Everyone worked like team to get my insurance verified. I was in and out in less than an hour and my glasses came in faster than expected. I was called by Jacquese the day they came in....not some AI or impersonal text message alert. Jacquese was patient and joyful and kind. I did not feel like I was being rushed or ignored and I am very happy with my glasses.

Had my appointment at 10:40 on a Monday and they sent their email and text alert to remind me of the appointment so great communication. When we came in ten minutes before our appointment they let us know the system was down. They would still see us but it might be a little delay. The staff is friendly and great at communicating the next step but we were out of there under an hour.
