Absolutely INCREDIBLE! They have the most beautiful selection of frames but better than that is their level of customer service; professionalism and kindness. I loved working with Tikiyah who assisted me- She is AMAZING! and had impeccable knowledge and made the process so easy and pain- free to order both glasses and contact lenses! They are definitely my NEW go to for eyeglasses, contacts and prescription sunglasses!!
This was the absolute BEST eye exam and glasses shopping experience I have ever had. Tikiya, Dr. Mills, Drew, and Phong were absolutely fantastic!!!! I came in with 3 kids needing exams and glasses, and the experience was so great that I opted to go ahead and get my exam and a pair of glasses as well. They were attentive, pleasant, funny, family-oriented and dedicated to meeting my optical needs. I will never go anywhere else!!!!
I came here to get my glasses and my insurance did not cover them we did not know this until the very end as we were pushing them through and the insurance company were denied it. These hard workers at America's Best Contacts and glasses did everything they could to make sure that I walked out of that store with glasses that are desperately needed and that my eyesight was corrected. I will never go anywhere else this is the second time that they have helped me to get glasses when I could not fully afford them.
