HCS has serviced our units for years. They are trustworthy, affordable, clean, and communicate well! Luis spent many hours diagnosing and repairing a complex issue for us. Gadge has done after hours work for an urgent issue. Keely is the best at communicating & getting us same day service. They are detailed and explain everything, and leave everything clean! Highly recommend!

We’ve used Home & Commercial Services for years after really struggling to a dependable HVAC maintenance and repair service.
We’ve always had a great experience, but our most recent repair went above and beyond - Gage spent nearly 4 hours diagnosing and repairing a persistent issue that had been plaguing us all summer. I am sure it threw a wrench into the day’s schedule, but he took his time to get it right!
