My initial conversation with Teri was late morning on a Sunday. Our A/C unit had completely stopped working...and it was miserably hot. Teri was great! She was very knowledgeable and very helpful! She dispatched their Service Tech, Noah, who was on a service call, but arrived in very short order. Noah diagnosed our problem and had us up and running again in no time!
