Busy staffs, serve its purpose kindly, front staff through finished! I went in there to get a view sutures done and were able to get back to work ASAP and luckily its stays on until I finished my shift. I dk if appropriate to put my sutures (images) on here but any ways it took a while to get called up, but glad I got there quick.

I came into Orthopedic & Sports Medicine walking like I had just survived a WWE match with my knee… and left feeling like an actual human again. From the front desk staff to the providers, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. They somehow manage to keep things efficient while still making you feel genuinely cared for.
The staff deserves medals for putting up with people like me asking, “So… is my knee supposed to sound like bubble wrap?” and still answering with a smile. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or talked down to, which honestly means a lot.
The office was clean, organized, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that I almost forgot I was there because my body was malfunctioning. Almost.
If you need orthopedic care, this is the place to go. Great people, great care, and they somehow make injured people laugh — which should probably count as physical therapy too
Overall, the staff is very nice and professional. You can get an appointment quickly. Once there, little to no waiting to be seen. Office staff was great, only one person who did not seem to like her job, and wasn’t very personable and was kinda gruff. Everyone else though was 10/10 and super nice and helpful.
I have been going to Steffani at Retreat Beauty Bar for what seems like a decade. I swear I always leave happy. From hair extensions to a shorter a line cut, I always am given what I ask for as long as it is a healthy route taken for my hair. I even get a little therapy sesh in because she is such a good listener. Every experience is a good one. I will continually be a client at this business.
I was turned down by multiple photographers in the area stating they did not do the type of photos my daughter was looking for, for her senior pictures. I remembered two wild did her sling pictures years ago, and did an outstanding job. Well…. She did not disappoint with these senior pictures. She listened to my daughter, and had great ideas for the shoot. Thank you so much for all your talent. You made a very happy senior, and mom.

Blaque is amazing! I am in love with the haircut she did for me. She is so great, she talks with you about what you want and helps you make a decision of what would look good with your face shape and hair type. She is super sweet too, never going to anyone else ever again! :)
I asked for an A-line and some low lights, but i was crunched on time before I had to get back home. I asked if it could be done before I needed to head home and she said yes. I love the new look, my family loves my new hair, and it was the first time I'd gotten it cut like that and first ever time getting low lights!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. My friends daughter has alopecia, so I have been growing and saving my hair for years. The stylist made sure to harvest as much of the hair as possible and said that since I was donating it, she would do this one for free. Gave me an amazing haircut afterward as well. I am absolutely coming back!

Yesterday was my first time going to this barbershop. The homie known as Juan helped remake my new style since I been rocking the long hair viking style mountain look for my hair and beard for the longest time. I been debating on a while to go for a short more clean look instead of the shaggy ruff look I been use to most of my life. Well Yesterday I decided that no more head sweats,no more taking an hour and 30 mins to take a shower, no more having to buy a total of 5 boxes of hair dye for my head and beard, and no more having to buy shampoo and conditioner like no tomorrow. Juan you are a life savior. This man helped me comfortably remove length thats been apart of me for years. I will miss the long length but im excited to keep this new sharp look and you can bet im gonna go back to Juan anytime I need touch ups. Thanks again homie.

It looks like a hole in the wall, but Lee does an amazing job, quickly, professionally and inexpensively. Best place to get your nails done in Fairbanks!! I go every time if she has room in her schedule. And the massage chairs are fantastic!!
I had a good experience here. I made an appointment and showed a picture of what I wanted plus add a few details and they did exactly what I wanted. Very sweet lady who did my nails I wish I got her name. I got the gel with designs on all fingers came to $95. They had alot of people walk in they try their best to fit them in too

I got the best service! I came in the early afternoon on a Saturday without a reservation and got seated right away. They did a great job taking off my cuticles and gave me an amazing foot and hand massage. The price is reasonable. This place deserves more business ✨

Great haircuts! Been getting my haircut by Karmen for over 20 years and never had a bad cut. Always super simple, I just give a vague description and she works her magic.
I went from having a lot of long hair weighing me down, to short and curly, thanks to Scott Allison. He definitely understands how curls work and my new haircut makes my whole life lighter. With an occasional trim it is easy to just wash and go.

I got tinsel here and a haircut. Only reason I went here for is the tinsel. I definitely recommend but the only thing that really bothered me is that when I went to get my hair washed instead of the hairdresser making sure the water was temperature appropriate, I got very hot water at first. She apologized because she said she was wearing gloves. The last salon I went to used burning hot water so I decided to just go here for my haircut too. Please can the hairdressers just check the temperature before scorching someone’s scalp when washing please?

While we were waiting our turn (which was a short wait) we watched David give 2 military haircuts. I was impressed with how quick and efficient he was while also engaging in small talk with both service members.

I’ve been getting a full sleeve tattoo here. Overall, the shop is super clean and all of the artists are a joy to be around, genuinely courteous people. Ricky has been doing my tattoo and he has been phenomenal, his work is well thought out and watching him bring my idea to life has made for an amazing experience. Chelsea was great! At 70 yrs old, this was my first tattoo and she was so kind. Her touch is very gentle and although I chose a simple design her details were great. 5/5 stars for this artist!

Brian figured out a tricky electrical problem in our home. We were getting shocked by our drier and when the breaker for a certain bedroom was turned on, our electric bill was double. Our situation was caused by a shorted wire between 2 outlets in the bedroom. Brian was professional and approachable: he took the time to explain what he was thinking and he kept going until he isolated the problem. He worked late for us. When He needed to he stopped to think about it and came back later. He cleaned up after himself completely. We could not be more pleased!
Tree fell on power to the house. Star staff responded quickly, good assessment of repairs, got the needed parts, and excellent quality of work. Only reason power was not restored the first night was GVEA inspection and connect power to the pole.Star was a perfect choice.

I've used them twice to clean my living room carpet (dogs can be a pest sometimes). Each time the service is excellent and the cleaner is friendly. He recommended a fantastic enzyme cleaner that works like a charm on tough pet smells. The price is very reasonable. He also leaves drying fans if you need them, you simply return the next day. I plan to use this company again.
Joe and his guys did the drywall and electrical at my cabin a few years ago. Electrical had one issue in the beginning and he was there within a few hours to fix it. Since then no problems. I’ve leveled the cabin more than once in the past few years and never got a single drywall crack. All around great job.

Graham Construction did a professional, quality job on both of our biggest investments. We are just getting ready to ask their help again for a 3rd time. We are so happy with the staff, the the timely manner the job was completed and with the final outcomes. We were given lots of personal attention and plenty of tips along the way from this outstanding company.
I want to give a shout out to Brice Construction out of Fairbanks. I flew from Palmer toward Nome and couldn’t make it across the Yukon River due to a fog bank. I barely made it into Kaltag Airport before the weather overtook me. I figured I’d be sleeping in the plane for the night, but Brice Construction happened to be resurfacing the runway there. An employee named Mike came and got me and took me to the company cabin for the night. He took me to dinner and breakfast on Brice Construction’s dime and made sure I was set up for my flight the next day. Mike and Brice Construction made a hairy situation into a comfortable and memorable experience and I couldn’t be more grateful. I told several people about my experience and their response was, “Yup, sounds like Brice Construction”. So if anyone has the opportunity to hire these folks for a job, I can’t recommend them more highly!

I would hire him for my personal house and go work for him any day.
United Builders finished some interior work for us on our family’s cabin. They were professional, honest and they did fantastic interior work. In addition, they kept the work area clean! They were quick to respond with any questions we had about the status of the project and were flexible if we needed to make changes. In the future, we will definitely consider them for projects. And, we will certainly recommend them to friends and family!
Tyler, Thanks so much for the two beautiful decks your company installed on our home in North Pole. Is everything that you said it would be. The cost at first seemed a little expensive, however once the decks were installed, WOW it is underpriced my friend. I especially liked and noticed how the decks attached to the home thru he previously installed siding, making it look ultra Professional, WELL DONE. Dr. Wappett has the best chair side manner, he made my 8-yo daughter’s dental experience a fun. & exciting. I’ve been taking her there since her first teeth came out. Because of his staff & the lobby ambiance, his calm funny personality with kids & fun baggies at the end, she’s proud to go to he dentist & talks about it all day!
My daughter went in for a tooth extraction and cavities. They were able to keep her comfortable while using new tech to fix 2 of her cavities and used a numbing agent that kept her from feeling anything for the extraction. The extraction was my most worried part due to my own prior experience at her age with the same issues. They were able ease my mind and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much!

The masseuse was very good I liked my new chiropractor adjustment better than the last one. He also gave me good stretching techniques to keep my back limber
This was my first visit for a chiropractic appointment with Dr. Heather. My experience was great. The staff at the desk were friendly, helpful and helped get me checked in. Dr. Heather was great, very thorough, engaged and I left there feeling better than when I arrived. The staff were accommodating when I had to call last minute and reschedule my appointment due to my own double booking. I am so appreciative of their flexibility and understanding. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
Came for a prenatal massage from Amelia. She did some deep tissue work. It was a phenomenal experience and I feel like I simply am lighter. All the tension I had in this pregnancy melted away the hour I spent with her. 10/10.
Dr mike is the best. I Haven't been to a chiropractor in about a decade and he works miracles. As a snowboarder I've really tweaked my body and Dr mike is able to explain in simple terms what was wrong. After just one visit I feel far more mobile. I've already booked my next appointment and can't wait for it.

I've been using Muttisoury Doggie Daycare for my dog since last summer and she always loves it. I've also been using Dr. D for my veterinary care needs since about the same time. Dr.D is very nice, knowledgeable and caring with all my furry friends. Both veterinary and Doggie daycare are reasonably priced. Highly recommended both.
I took my German shepherd here. It was her very first time grooming, and so I was a bit nervous. But it turned out to be a wonderful experience! The staff made my dog feel safe and welcomed. They took great care of her, super patient. My dog tends to be shy, and the staff handled it so professionally. I am so happy about the results. Great haircut, nail trimming, bathing, everything. I am so happy to take her care, and I will now be coming here all the time. Shout-out to Skylar (I hope I spell the name right!). It was a good price too.
They offer nail trimming for cats! The staff are warm and friendly, and my cat always comes home happy. It's very easy to book an appointment. Service is always fast. I am very thankful for these wonderful animal lovers!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but for this place I had to. The massage was amazing. Not only did Svetlana give me an extra 15 minutes, she also brewed me a tea and got me a cup of water afterwards. I could not recommend her and her services more.
Wanted a couples massage that was reasonably priced and at a nice facility so we chose Massage Therapy Masters. We left feeling like melted butter. They even provided warm tea after which was a nice treat to continue decompressing. Would definitely go again and recommend.

Blue Stone Massage is probably one of the best massages I have ever gotten. I have traveled alot of places and experienced many different therapists, this was the best! 5 stars. Getting my 90 min tomorrow because 1 hour just isn't quite enough.

The Physical Therapists are professional and listen to the patients. Ive had many painful but productive visits.
They have a group of therapists that all work for their patients' betterment. They value safety, and though they make you push your limits, they constantly check in with you on how you are doing. They seem to understand anatomy and exercises for the parts that are needed, and they give you home exercises to speed up the progress! Do them, it makes recovery faster!
