Ryland did a very thorough job with hot water tank flush, replace anode rod and boiler clean and tune. .He even went above and beyond with excellent customer service answering all of my questions. It is reassuring to know that I can call on Prospector to repair the problem right the first time!
Update: (May 2026) We’ve now been using Prospector Plumbing exclusively for the past 1.5 years for annual maintenance and occasional after hours emergency plumbing/heating needs. We also just used them to install a new Buderus Logano G215 boiler, water heater, glycol, and multi-zoned smart thermostats as well. There are many calculations, variables, and options when installing these complex systems.
