The technician quickly and efficiently determined that the heating coils were almost completely plugged. He also reviewed the last tune-up by others and determined that it had not been done correctly. We scheduled a coil replacement and tune-up for the next day - fantastic job; we now have hot water in abundance, the furnace is not running continuously and is performing very efficiently. Great job and we now have a new furnace tune-up company.“
