Eric came out, in the evening to accommodate our schedule, and looked at the trees. He could have told me we needed to cut them and I would've paid, but instead, he made a few other recommendations to benefit the wallet, and after being told I didn't know anything about trees, proceeded to look at trees on our property and educate us on what to look for. Phenomenal service and we will use them when the time comes to cut.“
