Ping’s did an outstanding job. We had a container of moisturizing cream leak in our luggage on to my suit coat. We were here for only a couple of days and requested ASAP since we were leaving late the next day. We dropped it off early in the morning and had same day service. It was was great. They came through with flying colors. We received the jacket in like new condition.
I was nervous to bring my super dirty Canada Goose to any dry cleaner but Ping's handled it well and made it look good as new! The staff there was courteous and professional and I will be back in the future!
Fairbanks has a lack of dry cleaners. After VIP closed, I started going to Ping’s, even though it’s on the other side of town for me. Their service and friendly demeanor is why I’ve continued to make the drive.
