I followed the owner from her previous salon to this new location and have watched this business grow and thrive. I’ve consistently had great experiences here. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and clearly very skilled at what they do. I always feel well taken care of, and I leave happy with my nails every time. I’ll be a forever customer.
I’m normally scared to go to nail salons, but this was a great experience, at first it was a little overwhelming because of how fast everything was moving, and I kept apologizing for being indecisive on my nail shape and color, the guy was understanding and said it was okay. Comfortable! he was very fast, and usually that means it would come out sloppy, bur they came out just how I hoped! And I’m obsessed, my husband is, and so are random people I saw throughout the day! :))
I just moved to Fairbanks a couple of months ago and was in desperate need of a nail salon. I had been recommended this place by multiple people, and I can say that it lived up to the expectations! Vicky did my nails. She was articulate, timely, and super sweet! Also loved the hand massage and hot towels, I've never had that included when getting acrylic nails before. Will definitely be going back:)
